Personalization

What exactly does Frontpagely measure?
We run the prompts your buyers actually ask against ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity on a schedule, detect whether your business is named, who's named instead, and which sources the engines cite. That answer-visibility signal — the biggest component — is then blended with your SEO standing and an on-page site grade into one SeenRate score and trend.
How is the free plan different from a paid plan?
Free measures where you stand: your SeenRate for one brand, re-measured once a week. Paid plans track you continuously across every engine, give you the full fix plan and schema generator, and re-measure every run so you can prove the lift over time. Starter is DIY; Pro adds AI content generation — and if you'd rather we do the work, Pro offers a Done-For-You add-on.
Is the score accurate? AI answers change all the time.
They do, which is why we sample each prompt multiple times and aggregate. We're also honest about uncertainty: low-confidence and city-level results are flagged as directional, never presented as absolute.
Do you write content or manage my listings for me?
Frontpagely generates targeted fixes — JSON-LD schema, owned-presence tasks, answer blocks tied to the prompts you're invisible for. If you'd rather we execute the plan for you, our Done-For-You add-on does the work with progress visible in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
