The short version, in plain language

What we store: your email address, the business details you give us to measure (name, website, description, keywords, location), the measurement results we generate from them, and your plan and Stripe billing references.

What we never store: your card number (Stripe handles payment end to end). We also never sell your personal information and never use your private business inputs to train AI models.

How to delete: email support@frontpagely.com from your account address and ask — we honor deletion within 30 days, keeping only what billing and legal obligations require. The full policy below is the binding version.

What we collect

Account data: your email address (used for passwordless magic-link sign-in) and, if you provide them, your name and team name.

Product inputs: the business details you give us to measure — business name, website, description, keywords, location, brand and voice settings — plus the measurement results we generate from them (AI-engine responses, scores, audits, fix items).

Billing data: handled by Stripe. We store your plan, subscription status, and Stripe references — we never see or store your card number.

Free-audit funnel: the website and email you submit when running a free audit, used to create your account and send your results.

Technical data: standard server logs and privacy-conscious analytics events used to operate and secure the service (including Cloudflare Turnstile bot-detection signals on public forms).

How we use it

To run your measurements and show you the results; to send transactional email (sign-in links, alerts you enable, receipts); to bill your subscription; to prevent abuse of public endpoints; and to improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your private business inputs to train AI models.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, bot protection), Stripe (payments), Mailgun (transactional email), and the AI engines we query on your behalf — OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity — which receive the measurement prompts (your business name and market terms), never your account credentials. Where SEO data is enabled, metrics come from our SEO data provider keyed to your public website.

Retention and deletion

Account and measurement data are retained while your account is active, so your trends stay meaningful. Sign-in links and sessions expire automatically. If you close your account, you can request deletion of your personal data; we honor it within 30 days, keeping only what billing and legal obligations require.
