Terms of service
Last updated July 2, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Parameter LLC, the operator of Frontpagely. By creating an account or subscribing you accept them.
The service
Frontpagely measures your business’s visibility in AI assistant answers and related signals, and blends them into a SeenRate score with supporting evidence, audits, and a fix plan. Plan features and limits are described on the pricing page; free plans measure on a limited cadence, and paid plans add the fix plan, verification, and further capabilities as listed there.
Acceptable use
Measure businesses you own or are authorized to represent. Don’t abuse the service — no scraping our infrastructure, probing rate limits, reselling raw measurement output as your own service, or submitting other people’s personal data. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and we don’t pro-rate partial periods. If a payment fails, the account may become read-only until billing is resolved.
Measurement disclaimer
AI answers are probabilistic and change constantly. SeenRate is a sampled, directional measurement — not a guarantee of any ranking, placement, or business outcome, and we make no such promises. Results with thin samples are labeled as directional, and the methodology is versioned so historical scores stay comparable. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Parameter LLC’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
